Please Help Leo!

Please Help Leo!
TMWR would like to introduce you to Leo. We received a call from the Fort Worth Humane Society that they had 2 baby squirrels. Our volunteer went to pick up the brother and sister.

Both were covered in fleas so first they received a bath. The baby girl was sick with pneumonia type symptoms and she ended passing away. The baby boy had an injury to his abdomen and needed medical attention a few days later.

The volunteer who is fostering Leo took him to the vet. The vet tried a simple procedure first hoping to avoid surgery. The simple procedure did not work as hoped so Leo had to have surgery. While recovering, the vet made him a cone to wear for a week until the stitches came out. The vet did a great job, the surgery work, and Leo recovered nicely.

Please click the link below to sponsor Leo. We are an all volunteer organization, and 100% of your donation will go to support the animals.

Thank you for your support!
